Thinking this is too good to be true?
I get it. I used to be there too. After living with chronic back pain, including daily muscle spasms for over a decade, I never thought the pain would end.
Mine started with an acute sports injury that (in theory) should have healed on its own over time. Sadly, the injury was compounded with other life trauma, which I now realize added insult to injury.
Our bodies are amazing healing machines, constantly trying to get back to balance (homeostasis), and our minds are capable of changing to support this regeneration. Learning more about what might be causing and compounding your pain… adding those extra insults… is the first step in figuring out the best, “right for you” solution to ending your pain.
My journey to healing won’t be the same as yours, but I’ve been through it and understand how emotionally draining physical pain can be.
